Hello 👋, I'm Omar Abouelaassal, an AI & Data Engineer at Peaqock. I thrive on solving complex challenges and enjoy exploring new technologies. Over time, I’ve gained experience not only in AI and Data Engineering but also in full-stack development and blockchain technology.

My journey began with a simple curiosity — how does a computer work? — That curiosity pushed me to explore countless operating systems and eventually build my own customized Arch Linux system. This love for tinkering and optimization shaped the way I approach engineering problems today.

Along the way, I worked as a Full-Stack Developer at Mindioo, building dynamic applications and real-time integrations. I’ve also developed personal blockchain projects, where I explored decentralized technologies and their practical applications.

I hold a Master’s degree in Big Data and Cloud Computing from Hassan II University, which gave me strong foundations in distributed systems, cloud architectures, and scalable data workflows.

Today, in my role as an AI & Data Engineer, I focus on:

• Designing scalable data pipelines and cloud-native applications
• Building AI-powered services that leverage LLMs and automation
• Turning raw data into actionable insights that drive decisions

Outside of work, I enjoy driving, reading, and watching movies. I also love playing chess, hanging out with friends, and exploring new places through travel. These experiences keep me inspired and give me fresh perspectives that I often bring back into my work.
